These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of tristateheadlightrestoration.com and to services provided by Tri-State Headlight Restoration LLC (“Tri-State Headlight Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting an estimate, messaging us or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide mobile headlight restoration, UV protective coating and related services for individual customers, fleets, repair shops and dealerships, performed at your home, workplace or business location within our service area.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates given online, by phone, by text or through chat (including any automated assistant on our Google Business Profile) are based on the information and photos you provide and are not final until confirmed by us. The final price may change if the condition of the vehicle or headlights differs from what was described.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule if conditions make it unsafe or impractical to complete the work.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, vehicle and location information
- Ensure we have safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
- Have permission to authorize work on the vehicle
Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fleet and volume pricing is provided by separate quote.
Guarantee
Our work is backed by our 3-Year Guarantee. The specific coverage, conditions and exclusions are explained at the time of service. Contact us with any concern about your restoration and we will make it right in line with that guarantee.
Limitations
Headlight restoration improves the clarity of the outer lens. It cannot repair internal damage, moisture inside the housing, cracked or broken lenses, or failed bulbs, and results can vary depending on the age and condition of the headlights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Text Messages and Chat
By texting or chatting with us, you agree that we may reply by text or chat about your inquiry, estimate or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Automated replies are provided for convenience; for anything important, a member of our team will follow up.
Website Use
The content, photos and logos on this website belong to Tri-State Headlight Restoration and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or submit false or harmful information through our forms.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
